Why we're building Genflow Systems

The case for a product studio in the age of AI-accelerated development.

The opportunity

We're living through a rare moment: AI has collapsed the cost of building software.

What used to take a 10-person team 6 months can now be done by 2 people in 6 weeks. Not prototypes—production-ready products with real users and revenue.

But most companies haven't adjusted their playbook. They're still:

  • Hiring large teams before validating product-market fit
  • Building for 18 months before getting customer feedback
  • Spreading resources across too many bets

We think there's a better way.

The thesis

Build a portfolio of focused SaaS products, fast.

Each product:

  • Solves a specific, high-value problem
  • Ships in 2–8 weeks (MVP)
  • Validates with pilot partners before scaling
  • Benefits from shared infrastructure and GTM muscle

We're not building a conglomerate. We're building an operating system for ventures.

Why now?

  1. AI-accelerated development — LLMs, code generation, and automation let small teams punch above their weight.
  2. Fragmented markets — Vertical SaaS is eating the world. Every industry has broken workflows begging for better tools.
  3. Distribution is the moat — Building is cheaper than ever. The hard part is reaching customers. We focus on distribution-first products.

What we're building

Our first two products:

WellnessOS

Unified POS for boutique studios. Currently in pilot with 3 yoga/Pilates studios.

SunSpot

Sunbed reservations for resorts. Launching Q1 2025 with 2 hotel partners.

Both products share:

  • Next.js + React Native stack
  • Stripe for payments
  • Shared design system
  • Common auth and analytics infrastructure

What's next

We're looking for:

  • Pilot partners — Operators who move fast and care about UX
  • Collaborators — Designers, engineers, and BD folks who want equity in what they build
  • Categories to explore — High-value problems with fragmented solutions

If that sounds interesting, get in touch.

Follow along

We'll be sharing:

  • Build logs (what we're shipping, what we're learning)
  • Playbook insights (our approach to product, pricing, and GTM)
  • Metrics (transparent updates on traction and unit economics)
